Training Programme at Correctional Home
We believe that People at correctional home also deserve an equal opportunity to grow into right direction. Vinit Gloves runs training programmes at Alipore Woman Correctional Home, Kolkata, where the woman inmates are trained to manufacture leather products.
We value skill development of the local rural youth, we nurture talent and execute sustainable programs as part of our CSR endeavours. We run a continuous training programme for women from economically challenged backgrounds with a view towards imparting the right skill sets so that they can be absorbed in our workforce. Our greenhouse gas emissions are assessed and verified in accordance with recognized GHG accounting standards, and the organization has obtained GHG Emission Certification, validating the accuracy and transparency of our emission reporting. This certification reflects our commitment to internationally recognized environmental management practices and continuous improvement in climate responsibility.
