Vinit Kumar Khetan
Our Founding and Managing Director, Mr. Vinit Kumar Khetan, leads with excellence rooted in expertise and vision. His dream was to create the world’s finest industrial gloves. From the very beginning, his mission has been clear: adhere strictly to timelines, deliver uncompromising quality, compete fairly at competitive prices, and stay ahead through technology. He also believes in building an inclusive workplace that offers equal opportunities for growth and self-actualization to every team member.
In 1995, long before sustainability became a global focus, he aspired to be known as an ethical manufacturer—producing gloves of exceptional craftsmanship that matched global standards while remaining environmentally responsible. Today, after three decades and over 100 million pairs produced, he continues to lead from the front. For him, second best is not an option. The mission remains unchanged: to excel—from hide to hand to your heart.
